My name is Sherry, and this is my health, fitness, and well-being blog. I’ve titled this health and fitness blog, Be-Envied because I want to help you reach a level of fitness where you will be envied by all.
I am a 45-year old mother of three, and a grandmother, who strives every day to stay healthy and fit. I hold three certifications in personal training and group fitness instruction, as well as, several certifications in different aspects of natural healing and nutrition. I play on two soccer teams and work out six days a week, with weight training being the main focus of my workouts.
I am very dedicated to eating healthy, which for me means eating natural, unprocessed, non-GMO foods. I am a huge advocate of ozone therapies, and of cleansing and detoxing the body. I have spent countless hours educating myself on health and fitness; along with human anatomy and physiology. I am always searching for new ways to stay healthy and happy, on an emotional, mental, and physical level and it’s my great pleasure to share the things I’ve learned along the way with you. I hope that my Be-Envied health and fitness blog will bring knowledge and inspiration to each and every person who visits it.
